September 2020 Employee Spotlight - Bob Ranneberger

Our September Employee Spotlight does not need much introduction, he is a man who has been with us for quite some time and is very well known here at Crownstone.  Bob Ranneberger is more than our Service Manager at Bobcat of Frederick, he is a mentor, a leader, a sharer of knowledge. A wealth of knowledge built up and earned over 40 years of experience, and generously gifted back amongst his teammates over the course of his career.  Bob believes that people would be surprised to learn that he puts others first, but I do not believe anyone is surprise to know this at all.  It is evident in his daily routine. 

When Bob isn’t at the shop working to solve problems and help others learn from his experience, he enjoys spending time with family and working on his 1957 Chevy Belair 2 Door Hard Top in his garage, or some home improvement project, because those are the things that bring joy.  And if you ask Bob you need to enjoy life while you can because “you can’t take anything for granted because life is short, and family is everything!”
