Our August Spotlight Employee is Malcolm Diem, a Christian man and a family man first and foremost. While he has spent the past 7 years working at Bobcat of Lancaster, working to keep the lot organized and helping anyone and everyone any time he can step in to lend a hand for colleagues and customers alike.  Never one to complain or turn a blind eye to a man or machine in need. Prior to coming to work for Crownstone Equipment & Bobcat, Malcolm worked as an automotive technician for 40 years.  If you asked him what one of the most important things, he has learned over the years is, Malcolm would say, “some things are just out of your control.” I would say that’s very thought provoking.

When Malcolm is not dedicating his time to his work and customers, he is focused on his family and faith… and his motorcycle.  Nobody said that being a Godly man couldn’t include a nice ride on a winding road.  As a matter of fact, one of Malcolm’s favorite vacations included a trip with the Christian Motorcyclists’ Association along the Blue Ridge Highway. Here's to you enjoying many more blessed rides on those beautiful winding roads, Malcolm.
