Greg isn’t simply the President and CEO of the McGrew Companies, he’s the very heart of every aspect of the businesses. Greg grew up in Carroll County Maryland and at the age of 14, he moved to his father’s farm in Southern York County. He loved the farm and the cattle more than anything. Greg has a strong passion for Agriculture and now enjoys owning & operating his own family farm in Gettysburg, Pa which consists of 80 head of Cow Calf operation, with an emphasis on raising show cattle, pigs, lamb, and showing cattle nationwide with his wife, Becky and their children.
Greg got his start young with his love for equipment and always having a passion for buying and selling things. Finding some success in putting those things together, along with following his faith in Jesus and the positive steps of those who went before him, he was able to build McGrew Equipment Company. Never one to sit idle, along his travels Greg met a man named “ROLL Roberts”, from Ohio who was highly respected and talented who taught him the ropes of auctioneering. He practiced every chance he had and now you can find Greg behind the gavel each week at one of his very own auctions in Seven Valleys, PA at McGrew Equipment.
It was Greg’s great respect for the Bobcat brand that lead him to buy into the franchise business, and today Crownstone Equipment has expanded to include six Bobcat franchise locations across southern Pennsylvania and northern Maryland and one location in Manassas VA, Scott's Turf Equipment.
When he isn’t working, you can find Greg spending time with his family, supporting them in whatever it is they are doing from the 4H to racing to sports, or simply spending time together being thankful for all they are blessed with.

Jeff Miller

Jeff Miller serves as our Vice President of Tax, Compliance, and Risk Management of both Crownstone Equipment & McGrew Equipment. Jeff joined McGrew Equipment in the summer of 2017 and worked with Greg McGrew to spearhead the acquisition and development of all Crownstone locations. More than just focusing on numbers, Jeff oversees building internal administrative processes to make the business better. His experience managing a financial and operations analysis department for a $1 billion distribution network has proven valuable and indicative of the level of input he can provide.
Jeff is a dedicated family man and has served his community in several ways by volunteering his time on boards of non-profits he supports. He is currently serving as President of the Board of Our Fathers House Ministry (which runs an orphanage in Myanmar).

Marissa Horsey joined Crownstone Equipment as Marketing Manager in January 2021 and quickly transitioned into Director of Marketing in May 2021. She comes to us after previously overseeing the marketing department for a 15-location Caterpillar dealership. Marissa holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a master’s degree in marketing management from the University of Maryland University College.
When not working, she can typically be found at a country music concert or driving around in her Jeep with the doors off!

Brandon Maust was brought in by Greg based on his history of 26 years of Retail Management in Farming Supply. He has an innate ability to understand what parts a customer needs from the start. In late 2019, Brandon was promoted to Corporate Parts Manager, overseeing the parts department for all 6 current locations for Crownstone Equipment, amongst other responsibilities, which eventually led him to his current position as Corporate Parts Manager. Brandon is a highly driven individual with a clear focus on what needs to be done. This not only applies to his work but to his personal life as well. Brandon puts almost as much heart into his work as he does into his children, almost.

Scott Britcher currently serves as our Director of Branch Operations. After serving in the US Navy for 8 years, Scott joined the machinery industry as a Diesel Truck & Forklift Mechanic where he worked for 14 years. He moved to North Carolina to serve as a Plant Manager in manufacturing and realized he missed the service industry, so he packed up and moved back to PA and found his new home with Crownstone Equipment.
When not at work, you can find Scott outside doing home improvements both inside and out, sitting by the fire pit or enjoying time with his wife, 3 children, and 4 sweet grandchildren.
