Kolbey Stewart - Employee Spotlight September 2021

Our employee spotlight for the month of September shines on Kolbey Stewart, Team Lead at Bobcat of Frederick. Kolbey began his career in this industry 2 years ago and joined the Crownstone family in March of 2020. He quickly proved not only his importance to our team, but also the customer’s experience. Since then, he’s completed his Diamond certification in sales, and Bronze certification in parts. His favorite part about his job is managing a great group of people in Frederick!

Kolbey’s attitude towards his coworkers reflects his life outside of work as well. In spare time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends… And spends every Saturday night watching movies with his 4-year-old nephew! He recalls his favorite vacation to be when he traveled to North and South Dakota, seeing everything from Mt. Rushmore to the Badlands. Something that people may be surprised to know is Kolbey does wood working and restores old furniture, but says he has yet to find his hidden talent…

In the past few years, Kolbey says he has learned that customer service is the most important thing for a successful business. Which confirms his importance to both our company, and our customers. Thank you for all you do, Kolbey!
