Zack Toth - Employee Spotlight December 2021

Our December 2021 Employee Spotlight shines on Zack Toth, our Branch Manager at Bobcat of Hagerstown. Zack has been working in the heavy equipment industry for 3 years, and has been with Crownstone Equipment for a year and a half. He’s earned his Gold Certification as a Parts Specialist & is certified Gold in Bobcat Warranty Admin! 

                   

Zack's favorite part about working at Crownstone Equipment is watching a satisfied customer leave with either a brand new machine or a machine that was repaired by our shop. He is essential in making sure our customers leave happy and has proven he cares about the customers like family. When he is not at work Zack is a volunteer firefighter at Maugansville VFC, likes to go camping and visit National Parks. His favorite vacation he has went on was to Phoenix, AZ in 2017 where he hiked Camelback Mountain. He is obviously versatile when it comes to his abilities at work and hobbies, but his coworkers may be surprised to learn he also plays the trombone and spent four years at Penn State in the Marching Blue Band! 

                   

In the past five years, the most important thing he has learned is “If you treat people right, they’ll treat you right.” We know this to be true about Zack, as our customers have made it known that he cares and has gone above and beyond many times to meet their needs.
