Tyler Snyder - Employee Spotlight April 2022

Crownstone Equipment’s April employee spotlight shines on Tyler Snyder, the technician advisor at our Bobcat of Hagerstown location. He has been working with us for a year and a half but has worked in the heavy equipment industry for five years, and has since completed his platinum certification training.

In Tyler’s spare time you can find him at the golf range, Topgolf, or hiking! His favorite memory is when he took a trip down to the southern Virginia/Tennessee area and hiked with his girlfriend.

He considers Rusty Steele to be a great mentor in his career because he has helped all the branches grow in unison and build a service department our customers can depend on. Tyler’s favorite part about his job is taking a customer from being upset to having their faith restored in the machine. He says sometimes the most upset customers just need some guidance which can turn things back around into a learning experience for everyone. This is what makes our service department the best around!
