Thomas Leader - Employee Spotlight October 2020

Our October Employee Spotlight shines on none other than Thomas Leader of Bobcat of York.  Tom has been with us for just over a year now, but in it took much less time than that for him to quickly earn his place with his colleagues and the customers in York, and to earn his Gold Level status with Bobcat University Parts Certification training.  Prior to joining us Tom primarily worked in Customer Service Management, most recently with National Tire and Battery.  Those skills are quite evident in his everyday dealings with folks who now know him by name and customers who feel like they have known him for years now.  Tom would like you to think that people would be surprised to know that he is soft and kindhearted, but in reality it’s a character trait that is pretty evident from the moment you get to know him.  That and his sense of humor.

When Tom isn’t managing the Parts & Rental counter, and more at times, you’d likely find him spending his time off fishing, golfing, bowling, at youth ministry, or enjoying campfires and time with family, like his lovely wife Michelle whom he spent his favorite vacation with at Universal Studio, also known as their Honeymoon.
