Pam Ramsay - Employee Spotlight November 2021

The employee spotlight for November 2021 is shining on Pam Ramsay, our service coordinator for Bobcat of Adams County. She has worked in the lawn and garden industry for 12+ years and has been with Crownstone Equipment for one year. This is her first job in the heavy equipment industry! Pam’s favorite part of her job is learning something new every day and enjoys working with her coworkers.

When she’s not at work you can find her spending time with family, camping, fishing, and playing board/video games. An ideal night in for her is playing trivia and loves scary movies. Her favorite vacation memory is taking a deep-sea fishing trip in Florida where she caught a 30lb grouper which was the biggest catch of the day!

There’s not much Pam won’t attempt to handle head on, she prides herself on being resourceful and can maneuver her way through most situations she encounters inside and outside of work. The most important thing she has learned in the past 5 years is to enjoy every day, learn from mistakes, and keep moving forward.
