February Employee Spotlight: Mike Moser
Job Title: Driver

What is your job title & briefly describe your everyday tasks?

As a Truck Driver, my tasks vary from day to day. I haul equipment between our stores, deliver sold units to customers, and pick up and drop off rental units as well. It’s a lot of moving parts and different locations, but it keeps the job interesting and fast-paced.

How long have you worked in the industry and/or heavy equipment?

I’ve been in the industry since I was about 18 years old.

How long have you been at Crownstone Equipment?

I’ll be celebrating my 4th anniversary with Crownstone this April! It feels like time’s flown by.

What do you like to do in your spare time? Do you have any hobbies?

Outside of work, I enjoy working on antique cars. My son and I also love going to car shows whenever we get the chance. 

What is your favorite part about the job?

My favorite part is definitely the interaction with all of my coworkers across the different locations. Every day I get to collaborate with different teams, whether it’s in the field or at one of our stores. 

What has the job taught you since starting?

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned since I started is to roll with the punches. No two days in trucking are the same. Whether it's a change of schedule, a mechanical hiccup, or unpredictable weather, you’ve got to stay flexible and keep a positive attitude.
