Kristen Bender - Employee Spotlight April 2023

April’s Employee Spotlight shines on Kristen Bender, our Account Specialist! Kristen has been with Crownstone Equipment since November 2020 doing many different roles with Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable. 

When she is not at work you can find Kristen going on fun adventures with her boys, kayaking, catching a live concert, or finding a new restaurant. Something her coworkers may find surprising is she doesn’t know how to swim, but you can still find her in the ocean or on a boat in her spare time. 

Kristen finds motivation from everyone who steps in and out of her life, she credits the good and bad as the reason she is where she is at today. Her favorite memory is going to Mardi Gras for her 40th birthday and says everyone should go at least once! 

Her favorite thing about the job is nothing is repetitive and she’s always learning something new. Problem-solving adds a different perspective to every day and Kristen is always having to figure out new ways to approach things. The biggest thing she has learned is patience, Kristen is a planner and has learned things aren’t always going to flow. She says she still has a lot to learn and always striving to be a better person, co-worker, friend, and Mom - “To be able to sit back and tell myself to not sweat the small stuff and it will all work out.” 

Kristen plays a crucial part in keeping Crownstone Equipment running smoothly, and that is why we are proud to shine a spotlight on her for the month of April!
