Kris Egolf - Employee Spotlight January 2023

January’s Employee Spotlight is on Kris Egolf, our Sales Support for Lancaster, Berks, and Lebanon counties. He has been working in the heavy equipment industry for 15 years and started at our Bobcat of Lancaster store 11 years ago! During this time, he achieved Diamond level in his certification training. 

In Kris’ spare time you can find him fly fishing or hanging out with his Grandchildren at the cabin. One thing his coworkers may find surprising about him is he produces about 300 gallons of maple syrup per year off his property up North! His favorite memory is going fly fishing in Northern Maine. 

Kris calls his father his biggest mentor/inspiration inside and outside of work. He says his favorite part about his job is being part of a great team at Bobcat of Lancaster and developing new business leads. Since starting this job, Kris has learned that customer relations are key to building a successful territory. 

We are proud to have Kris a part of our company as he builds thriving and lasting relationships with those with heavy equipment needs in the Lancaster area. That is why we are happy to shine a spotlight on Kris this month, thank you for everything you do!
