February’s Employee Spotlight shines on Josh Mummert, our lot coordinator for Bobcat of Adams County! Josh is responsible for keeping the lot organized and helping out in the service area as needed. He has been around heavy equipment his entire life; growing up he lived on his grandparent’s farm where he got experience operating and servicing a variety of equipment. Josh brought his experience to Crownstone Equipment one year ago and quickly proved to be a vital force in our everyday operations.

When Josh is not hard at work in the yard you may find him on a hunting trip. Tough on the outside but everyone around him knows he is down to earth and gets along with everyone! He considers his coworker John to be the biggest mentor in his career because he showed him the ropes and took Josh under his wing when he first started. His favorite part about the job is being outside for most of the day, working with the constant revolving machinery, and every day being something different. Since starting with Crownstone he has learned how to better handle the equipment and attachments, specifically excavators which he was not too familiar with beforehand.

If you have visited the Bobcat of Adams County location, you most likely have seen Josh in the yard moving equipment around, helping to load equipment to be transferred, or giving a helping hand to a coworker. We appreciate the dedication and hard work he puts in every day and that is why we are proud to shine our February Employee Spotlight on him.
