Jake Tregoning - Employee Spotlight November 2023

Our Employee Spotlight for the month of November shines on Jake Tregoning, our Inside Sales Representative for Bobcat of Frederick. As an Inside Sales Representative, Jake is the friendly face you see when you walk into the store. He is there to help sell all our product lines, including Bobcat, Toro, Stihl, and more. Jake started in the industry 4 years ago when he joined the Crownstone Equipment family.  

Outside of work, Jake is passionate about working on cars, mostly classic cars, trucks, and drag cars. Other than the fact that he’s a car guy, he DJs on the side and likes to sing. When asked about his mentor, he said “I’ve had many teachers here at Crownstone so to say only one would be a mentor, I feel would be unfair, but as for my mentor in life, it would have to be my grandfather. He was there since the day he passed, he taught me to fish, hunt, drive, to care about the things and people I have in life, he taught me a lot about life in general and I’ve always been grateful for that”. Jake’s favorite part of his job is helping his customers get the equipment they need and building a relationship with them for the future.
