Malcolm Diem - Employee Spotlight February 2024

Our Employee Spotlight for the month of February shines on Malcolm Diem, our Driver for our Bobcat of Lancaster location. If you've gotten a machine delivered to you from our Bobcat of Lancaster location in the past 10 years, Malcolm was probably your delivery driver! 

In his free time, Malcolm enjoys riding his motorcycle with the Christian Motorcyclist Association, which he has been a member of for the past 19 years. His favorite vacation was back in 2015 when he and his wife JoAnn went on the motorcycle to a CMA rally in Georgia. He also enjoys going to car shows with his cousins and going to his church, Grace Family Church in New Holland. 

Malcolm considers his father his mentor because he taught him how to live a godly life. His favorite part of his job helping and interacting with his coworkers & customers. You might find it hard to believe that Malcolm, who regularly operates our machines on our deliveries now, didn't know how to operate machines when he started with the company. He mentioned that Joe G. was a huge help to teach him!

We appreciate Malcolm's commitment to his job and all the hard work he puts in every day. That is why we're proud to shine a spotlight on him this month, thank you for everything you do!
